Lydia Collins has been a photographer since her teen years in the 1970's. Her work has been shown in solo exhibitions since the 1980's, published and held in a variety of private collections. She's participated in Prints for Prints and Photo Americas which subsequently evolved into Photolucida. In the 1990's, she belonged to the photography group The Tangents, headed by Cherie Hiser... ...Lydia has a longstanding interest in street art & graffiti, contributing to the pioneering worldwide graffiti website Art Crimes.
More recently, Lydia has become an enthusiastic wildlife photographer & National Wildlife Refuge visitor. She does photo tagging of wildlife for the Urban Wildlife Information Network.
